Are you committed to you?
We take our kids to the Doctor. We make sure everyone around us is
taken care of but when was the last time you checked yourself?
It is time to regroup! Are you ready to take care of you? Are you ready
to get committed to yourself?
Pull out a piece of paper and answer these questions:
1) I enjoy meeting new people. True or False
2) I set goals in my life. True or False
3) I am a flexible woman. True or False
4) I enjoy learning about new things. True or False
5) I am self-reliant. True or False
6) I am organized. True or False
7) I take care of me mentally. True or False
8) I take care of my appearance. True or False.
9) I deal with criticism well. True or False
10) I believe in me. True or False.
I want you to look at your answers and see if you are in a place that
you need to be inspired. I know it can be hard to be the perfect self
motivator all the time but you are responsible for your own being.
I believe if you take care of yourself you have high self esteem. If you
are organized, and you like the way you look.. You wont be afraid to
meet people. You will find if you are taking care of you that you will
not let anything stand in your way. If you are committed to you you will
find that everyone around you will begin to do the same. If you smile
the person in front of you will want to smile. Be inspired and inspire
others!
I encourage you to reconnect with yourself. I believe the most important
person that can love and take care of you is you! Don't sacrifice your
being for your husband or your job. Take care of you!
1) Surround yourself with positive people. Make sure you are associating
with people that bring you up.
2) Schedule time for you. Go get a haircut. Go shave your legs( even get
both of them done in the same day). Go rest.
3) Keep a journal.
4) Make sure you are exercise, and you eat healthy.
5) Find the good in everything in life.
Believe me this is hard to do but there is really good in everything.
Some days when you can't find the door... you simply look for the
window!
6) Read inspirational books or poems.
7) Listen to music that makes you want to dance.
8) Learn new things. Learn to sew. Learn to write. Take a speech class.
Always be willing to learn.
9) Be diplomatic.
10) I shine! Everyday I shine because I am me.
