If you like casserole, you could make your enchilada dish into one. But not many people go down this road since its just as good in its traditional ways. You might run into Tex-Mex recipes, which have gained popularity over the years. They take in Mexican recipes and prepare using American ingredients and the result is nothing short of mouthwatering.
You neednt be a culinary master to make enchiladas. Granted, you need to know your way around the kitchen, but generally speaking, making them will be easy to learn.
